Business Continuity for Facilities Management and Managers - Business Continuity Transport

Facilities managers responsible for the everyday running and maintainence of a company’s buildings and staff environment and are quite often sidelined during the initial business continuity and disaster recovery planning. Business Continuity Planning is very often driven from a Business Systems requirement but it is essential that Facilities Management become involved from the very start of the Business Continuity Planning process. Office space,  office facilities, staff welfare and transport all form a critical part of the plan. After-all, what use are business systems without the staff to operate them?
